How?
Use just like regular cotton pads - apply your favourite cleanser/toner and remove make-up. Afterwards, either clean the pad with water and soap or simply wash them in your normal laundry load. Leave to dry naturally as using tumble dry may result in shrinkage. Avoid fabric conditioner to maintain absorbency.

When?
Whenever you remove make-up.
