All skin types! Especially those that sweat often after working out, as well as temperature changes.

How?
This mask can be applied in either way: 

1. Apply a thin layer, as a lightweight express mask, leaving on for 10 minutes then rinse
2. Apply a thick layer and leave on for 20 minutes then rinse. 

For best results, leave on over night.

When?
Apply as often as needed. Can be used before, during or after training. The face mask can also be used multiple times per week for those that perspire often.
