How?

- Put 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bowl and gently add the rock crystal.

- Pour hot water over the mixture and leave it for 5 minutes.

- Place the dish on the table top or in any other place where you can safely make a steam.

- Cover your head with a towel and bend over the bowl. Close your eyes, relax ... Breathe slowly and stay in this position for approximately 10 minutes. Relax. It's your self-care time!

- If you feel discomfort or too much heat - take a break or finish the treatment in less than 10 minutes.

- After completing the ritual, sprinkle your face with lukewarm water and then with cold water or your favourite hydrosol.

IMPORTANT: After the treatment, apply a product to the face that creates a delicate film on the surface of the skin to prevent water evaporation from the epidermis - it can be a mask, or for example a serum or cream. As a result, the water will be retained and the skin will be beautifully moisturised & illuminated!

If you have problematic skin with pimples, instead of a moisturising mask, we recommend to apply a clay-based product, which will draw even more impurities from the pores. After washing off the mask, of course, apply a light, moisturising cream to your face.

Raspberry leaves - deeply clean the skin from excess sebum and help reduce blackheads
