Barrier patches should be applied to clean, dry skin. Do not apply patches to the face or head, or to an area where the skin is damaged or irritated. Preferred areas for patch application are: the inside and outside of the wrists, the upper arm, shoulder blades, collarbone, upper and lower back, hips, thighs, and ankles.
Leave it on for 8 to 12 hours.
You may combine this patch with other patches. When used as directed, it is possible to wear this patch and one of the other Barrier patch formulations simultaneously. It is possible to wear one patch from each pack (or formulation) simultaneously. Up to one patch per formulation per day can be worn. Do not wear more than one patch per day from the same pack (or formulation) at the same time.
