In this 90 minutes workshop you will learn how to properly do a full Gua Sha routine and how to train your face muscles using face yoga! The workshop will be hosted by Franciane, face yoga & massage expert from F'Care Studio.
You will learn how to clear stagnant lymph, to de-puff, to sculpt and tone your face. You will also learn how to use this ancient tool to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles + lift neck, cheeks and brows.
You will need a Gua Sha tool for this workshop - in case you don't have one, choose the Workshop + Gua Sha option and you will get a mini rose quartz Gua Sha from Easy Livin'. If you already own a Gua Sha, please bring yours with you !
About the instructor:
Franciane is a face yoga instructor who trained with Sylvie Lefranc, the French expert in facial yoga and Ania Pospyelova, the founder of the FaceYoga.Studio method. She has a deep passion for helping women discover their definition of beauty through a more natural & holistic approach. Gua Sha is her favourite self-massage tool !
Workshop details:
When? Sunday 15 October 2023 between 14:00 - 15:30.
Where? In our boutique at 78 Grand Rue in Luxembourg City. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance - preferably without make-up (foundation).
The price includes 90 minutes of workshop with Franciane and refreshments.
