The sun’s UV rays are the predominant cause of over-sensitivity and ageing of the skin with common signs such as premature wrinkles, sunburn and dark spots. Key Ingredients in Atelier Nubio’s natural supplements for tanning:

• Melon SOD from Cantaloupe melon: Sourced from melon, it is a primary antioxidant which shields the skin from free radical damage. SOD prepares the skin for the sun while stimulating the skin’s natural UV defenses. The following effects have been clinically proven for 20mg of Melon SOD per day, i.e. two capsules of "I Want a Sublime Tan" capsules:

1. Increases the skin's resistance to UV rays (+16% after one month of oral intake*)
2. Boosts the production of antioxidants by the skin(+13% to +63%*)
3. Protects the skin from the aggression of the sun(-72% of cells damaged by UVB - sunburn)

• Carrot: Naturally rich in antioxidants, it protects the skin from external aggressors while promoting skin healing and cell renewal.
• Copper (natural origin, from basil): Tyrosinase, a copper-containing enzyme that is responsible for the production of melanin pigment, as well as protecting the skin from free radicals and UV rays.
• Tomato: Naturally rich in antioxidant Lycopene, it is able to neutralise the effects of free radical damage while protecting the dermis of the skin. 
• Freja™: A formula exclusively developed by Atelier Nubio, it is a cold pressed juice core that features wild blueberry, purple carrot and grape.

For?
For all skin types who want to prepare their skin for the sun, especially skin that is sensitive or reactive with dark spots and prone to burning. 

These capsules are not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. 

How?
Take 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water. It is advised to not exceed the recommended daily dose. This supplement does not replace appropriate sun protection: hat, glasses and sun cream that is liberally applied every 2 hours. Avoid exposure to the sun between 12 noon and 4pm in summer.

When?

At the time of day when it is most practical for you. Start the treatment at least one week, preferably 1 month before sun exposure and continue through the exposure and afterwards.
