Delivery
In the course of the delivery, your order will be completed, carefully packed by our team and then sent to the address indicated during the checkout.
Orders made on weekdays until 12:00 are generally dispatched on the same day. We may experience some delays with preparation of orders placed during high-volume periods such as Goodie Bag offers and sales.

Belgium, France, Germany - 4.5€ for orders between 40€ and 60€ and free for orders exceeding 60€. 9€ for orders below 40€. Delivery time is 1-3 days.
Austria, Denmark, The Netherlands - 5€ for orders below 60€ and free for orders exceeding 60€. Delivery time is 1-3 days.
Andorra, Gibraltar, Italy, Ireland, Spain - 7€ for orders below 80€ and free for orders exceeding 80€.
Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden - 9€ for orders below 80€ and free for orders exceeding 80€.
Cyprus, England, Switzerland - shipping fee is 20€ for orders below 200€ and free for orders exceeding 200€.
Please note that any customs for non-EU countries are to be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.
The delivery times are indicative only and count after the expedition.
How we pack our orders?
We are committed to making all orders placed at J'adore bio as zero-waste as possible. We understand the impact of packaging waste on the environment and that is why we try to minimise our impact. We use the most eco-friendly packaging materials available. We select packaging that can be recycled and is biodegradable.

LOST PACKAGES
If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us.
All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact DPD. We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
