What makes you most proud looking back over these 7 years of activity?
I am very proud of our beautiful community who trust us and recommend us to their friends and family. Seeing new customers in the store is very encouraging but seeing our loyal customers is the best feeling ever!
What are your 3 favorite brands in your store currently, and why are they your favorites?
Since I am personally involved in the testing and acceptance of the new J'adore bio brands, I really like them all. Otherwise, they would not reach our shelves. My current favorites include Agent Nateur for their super-powerful skincare formulas, Westman Atelier for intuitive, easy-to-use makeup , and Innersense is the best natural hair care brand I've ever tried.
What are your future plans to develop or expand your product range?
We have some great brands planned to launch this year on the store. We are also working on some new J'adore bio accessories... At the same time, we are looking for a more spacious space for our boutique + day spa .
