A new alternative to Matcha: a powder made from organic Sencha tea from Japan and finely ground puffed rice.

Toasty and comforting, with less bitterness than matcha, the ami-yaki rice is flame-toasted, releasing tasty notes of 'popcorn', while the Sencha brings all the freshness of green tea.

An exceptional ceremonial and organic quality. First harvest of Mount Fuji, Japan.

In a latte, enjoy hot or iced. Add about 2g to a cup and whisk with a little hot water. Take a cup of hot or iced milk and pour it over it. Adjust the amount of powder to your preference.
