NCLA Beauty, gourmand-scented scrubs and balms
A Los Angeles brand, NCLA Beauty makes sugar scrubs, lip balms and body butters in gourmand scents. The formulas are built on sugar, shea, cocoa and mango butters and plant oils.
Lips
The Sugar, Sugar - Lip Scrub combines sugar, cocoa butter, shea butter, agave nectar and vitamins C and E to exfoliate the lips gently. The Balm Babe - Lip Balm, with sweet almond oil, agave nectar and olive oil, nourishes them afterwards. The Coconut Vanilla Lip Care Set and the Watermelon Lip Care Duo + Lip Scrubber each include a 15 ml scrub, a 10 ml balm and a silicone lip scrubber. Seasonal mini editions join the range at different times of the year.
Body
The Hey, Sugar - Body Scrub is made with real sugar, shea, mango and cocoa butters and organic seed oils; the sugar dissolves as you massage, and the formula works with or without water. It also comes as a fig and cherry version, the Hey, Sugar All Natural Body Scrub - Fig & Cherry, with mango butter, organic coconut oil and sweet almond oil, and as a sherbet version, the Hey, Sugar All Natural Body Scrub - Rainbow Sherbet. The Hi, Butter - Body Butter combines shea butter, cocoa butter and hemp oil. The Magnesium Body Butter Duo Set AM to PM contains 10% magnesium: a morning butter with eucalyptus and an evening butter with lavender. The So Rich Coconut Vanilla Revitalizing Treatment Oil, with 98% natural ingredients and rich in vitamin E, is used on hands, cuticles, body and feet. The Coconut Vanilla Body Scrub + Body Butter Set pairs the scrub and body butter in 100 ml sizes.
Bath and mist
The Bath Treats - 3x Bath Bomb Set contains three donut-shaped bath bombs with Epsom salt, kaolin, shea butter and essential oils. The Mini Mist Me Coconut Vanilla Hair & Body Shimmer Mist leaves a scented, shimmering veil on hair and skin; its travel size slips into any bag.
A five-step routine
- In the shower, massage the Hey, Sugar scrub over the body.
- Rinse: the sugar dissolves as you massage.
- Apply Hi, Butter or a few drops of So Rich oil to dry areas.
- Massage the Sugar, Sugar scrub over the lips in circular motions, then rinse or wipe off.
- Finish with Balm Babe.
