Orders made from Tuesday - Friday until 12:00 are generally dispatched on the same day.

How we pack our orders?

We are committed to making all orders placed at J'adore bio as zero-waste as possible. We understand the impact of packaging waste on the environment and that is why we try to minimise our impact. We use the most eco-friendly packaging materials available. We select packaging that can be recycled and is biodegradable.

BOXES

Our boxes are made from recycled and recyclable cardboard! They are produced without glue or lamination which makes them fully biodegradable.

FILLERS

We use biodegradable corn-starch packing fillers to secure your gorgeous natural products inside the box. They are completely natural and non-toxic. You can recycle them with cardboard, paper, dissolve under water or compost in your garden! We love to see how they disappear under the water! That's what we call zero-waste packaging :)

LEAFLETS

J'adore bio leaflets are made from recycled paper that we order in a small family-led copy shop in Poland. We put a nice quote on reverse of our leaflet so that you can be creative - frame it, use it as a bookmark or something else.

SAMPLES

We add samples to all orders so that our customers can try different products available in our shop. If you do not wish to receive samples with your package - please put a comment when making an order so that we know that it is your preference.

LOST PACKAGES

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. 

All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier. We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
