Customers have a right to return items purchased from J-ADORE BIO Website within 14 days from the delivery. To proceed with the return, Customer should provide J-ADORE BIO with notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within these 14 days and order details in particular order number and delivery date. Items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Please note: a 100% refund of our return can only be made if the item arrives in their original condition, undamaged and unused. The return of gift cards is excluded.
Returns that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.
- The products must not be opened, damaged and in condition suggesting their use;
- Items returned must be protected and in their original package or equivalent;
- In any event damaged, or used items will not be exchanged nor will a refund be made;
- Customers are responsible for the costs of returning the items to J-ADORE BIO.
- Upon reception, J-ADORE BIO will contact the Customer in order to proceed with reimbursement of the payment related to the products concerned.
The protective masks and other accessories from Tabitha Eve cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us.
All packages are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier. We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded. Once your order has been received and inspected please allow 3-7 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.
Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.
