A magnesium body spray designed to relax the muscles, calm the mind, improve sleep and strengthen the skin barrier. Its warm, comforting scent of clove, lavender and soft herbs invites a deeply soothing evening ritual.

Formulated with 30% pure magnesium chloride and a blend of calming botanicals, including chamomile, arnica, fig and reishi extract, this fast-absorbing spray helps ease physical tension and promotes deep relaxation.

How to use: 9 sprays a day, all over the body or on one specific area. Brand tip: spray onto the feet, where the skin is thin and rich in sweat glands.

Spray on clean, dry skin, then massage gently. We recommend applying 9 sprays per day.

Especially suitable for the legs, shoulders, neck, and soles of the feet.

Ideal as an evening treatment or after showering.

Tip: Spraying magnesium on the feet is believed to promote better absorption, as the skin there is thin and rich in sweat glands, which stimulates the absorption of hydrated minerals like magnesium.
