An alternative to matcha: a powder of organic Japanese sencha tea and finely stone-ground puffed rice.

Toasty and comforting, with less bitterness than matcha: the flame-toasted ami-yaki rice releases delicious popcorn notes, while the sencha brings the freshness of green tea.

Organic ceremonial grade from the first harvest, at the foot of Mount Fuji, Japan.

In a latte, enjoy hot or iced. Add about 2g to a cup and whisk with a little hot water. Take a cup of hot or iced milk and pour it over it. Adjust the amount of powder to your preference.

Ingredients: Organic Japanese first leaf Sencha green tea powder,* Organic toasted ami-yaki rice powder.*

* From organic farming.
