It deposits just the right amount of product and its micro-fine tip mimics hair-like strokes, for natural volume and dimension. Its formula combines wax, powder and pigment in the right proportions, so it blends and builds easily.

In Full Micro-Tip Brow Pencil suits beginners and experts alike.

Use the built-in spoolie to brush your brows upwards. Then draw short, upward strokes in the direction of natural hair growth with the micro-tip. Switch back to the spoolie to blend, soften, and brush brows into place. Finish with ILIA's In Frame Brow Gel, a clear formula with the perfect level of 8-hour hold.
