ILIA Beauty's Liquid Powder Matte Eye Tint is a liquid eyeshadow with a matte finish.

It applies like a cream and dries down to a powder, for a matte finish that lasts all day without creasing or transferring. Its sponge-tip applicator makes application easy.

Mix it with other shades, sheer it out for a natural look or build it up for a more graphic eye.

Its formula contains horse chestnut flower extract, which helps smooth the delicate skin of the eyelid.

Apply the product to the eyelid directly using the applicator and blend with your finger or brush. For more intensity, allow to dry completely before applying a second coat.
